Hot Artichoke Parmesan Crab Dip

  • 6 oz. fresh crabmeat
  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, packed in water
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Paprika or Chesapeake Bay Seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain artichokes, squeeze dry and chop into small pieces. Gently mix crabmeat, artichoke pieces, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese together in a bowl. Spread mixture into a lightly oiled casserole dish and bake about 20 minutes or until the top begins to turn golden. Sprinkle with paprika or Chesapeake Bay Seasoning, and serve hot with crackers or bread.
