World-famous Eggs

  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. scallions, chopped
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tsp. Blue Crab Bay Co.® Sting Ray® Bloody Mary Mixer
  • Crushed red pepper to tste
  • 1 tsp. Blue Crab Bay Co.® Garlic Herb Seasoning, plus bit more for topping
  • 1/4 tsp. Blue Crab Bay Co.® Fine Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 c. cheddar/Monterey Jack cheese blend, coarsley shredded
In a skillet, melt butter and saute scallions. In a bowl, beat eggs, then add remaining ingredients except cheese. Pour mixture over scallions in skillet. When eggs are almost done, add cheese and finish cooking. Sprinkle Garlic Herb Seasoning on top of eggs after turning them out onto a warm serving platter. Pair with warm croissants, if desired. Serves two.
