YMCA Camp Silver Beach Shrimp Boil

  • 5 gal. water
  • 5 lbs. raw shrimp, 21/30 or larger, heads removed
  • 2 1/2 lbs. new potatoes, skin on
  • 2 1/2 lbs. mild rope sausage, pre-grilled and cut into chunks
  • 12 ears corn, cleaned and cut into single-serve pieces
  • 1/2 c. Blue Crab Bay Co.® Chesapeake Bay Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp. Blue Crab Bay Co.® Garlic Herb Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp. Blue Crab Bay Co.® Steaming Spices
In a very large kettle, bring water to a boil and add all ingredients. Cook for about 10 minutes. Strain and serve with melted butter. Makes a great starter at a cookout or can be a main course. Serves 20.
